While CMSS/Services can and does work with clients on an individual project basis, the maximum value and effect of our support can only be realized in the context of an on-going relationship that permits implementation of a “parallel management” approach. For this reason, we prefer – whenever possible – to work with clients who want to take a long-term, systematic approach to their business.

CMSS/Services Methodology:

  • Use only leading, industry standard software to ensure optimum power, control, versatility and ease of interface to client methods and systems.
  • Use client-specific databases for confidentiality, consistency, ease of use and ‘ownership’ by the client.
  • Use flexible scheduling for development, updating, regenerating and reporting to conform to how the client does business - routinely and in non-routine circumstances.
  • Use full range of communications methods to accommodate client preferences and capabilities:
    phone, fax, E-mail and physical delivery - hardcopy or digital media.
  • Use digitizer takeoff for speed, accuracy and auditability.
  • Use proven hardware, software, physical and procedural controls to ensure optimum security for client data and reliability in client data processing.
  • Use extensive, up-to-date databases of materials, processes, vendors and sub-contractors to support quick start-up of new clients and quick response to changed requirements of established clients.
  • Use Work Package techniques to develop fast, accurate, consistent and thorough cost estimates and project budgets.
