Principals

Larry Golden, Owner and General Manager, started CMSS/Services in 1994 after working for more than thirty years as a manager in the world of “big Business” with assignments in the U.S. and Europe. His extensive professional background includes management of complex manufacturing, production control, computer systems, and financial projects while holding positions ranging from Plant Industrial Engineer to CFO and Board Member of a large multi-national manufacturer. Golden holds a B.A. from Duke University.

Sandy Golden, Project Manager, gained construction product knowledge from six years experience as a field sales representative for two independent building materials distributors. She joined CMSS/Services in 1997. While a student in the Santa Fe Community College School of Building Construction, she was on two teams (once as team captain) that consecutively won first place nationally in the NAHB Residential Construction Management Marathon Program.

In addition to in-house staffing - which usually includes University of Florida student interns - affiliate resource personnel with appropriate professional qualifications and licensing and available to provide construction, architectural, engineering, legal, technical, real estate and/or administrative support for specific project activities.
